A retired U.S. Army field-grade officer and seasoned instructor, Mr. Corley is dedicated to empowering clients through comprehensive training, actionable security solutions, and a commitment to excellence. Michael's distinguished military career includes service as a strategic planner, management analyst, and regional director of recruitment, where he directed joint and multinational operations, led high-stakes training exercises, and managed mission-critical planning in complex and dynamic environments. He has participated in and led operations across South America, Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, gaining a global perspective on security challenges and solutions. He holds an active Secret Security Clearance and has a proven track record of aligning security initiatives with organizational objectives, streamlining operations, and delivering results in both domestic and international settings.
As a USCCA-certified firearms Instructor and a qualified AVERT (Active Violence Emergency Response Training) instructor, Michael provides firearms safety, defensive readiness, and emergency response training to diverse clients, including individuals, organizations, and faith-based institutions. His approach emphasizes not only technical proficiency but also legal, ethical, and situational awareness tailored to real-world threats and environments. In addition to his instructional expertise, Michael specializes in comprehensive security assessments, facility vulnerability analysis, and the development of emergency operations plans (EOPs) that incorporate both best practices and innovative technologies, such as AI-based threat detection. He has designed and implemented scalable safety and response solutions for culturally sensitive and high-threat environments, ensuring compliance with local regulations and organizational needs. Michael's academic credentials include a Master of Arts in Human Resource Management from Webster University and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration. He is a graduate of the U.S. Army Command and General Staff College and has completed numerous advanced military and security training programs.
